CHILD CARE INTERN

Summary
The National Women's Law Center (NWLC) is seeking interns for our Child Care Group who are available to work 35 hours or more per week full-time and 20 hours per week part-time. The Child Care intern's responsibilities will include conducting research and assisting with newsletter articles, drafting blogs, communicating with the child care field, attending and summarizing relevant meetings, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
The Child Care Intern should be available for spring 2013, but start and end dates are flexible. Full- time interns work 35 hours or more per week, while part-time interns should be able to commit 20 hours per week. Students with majors in English, education, political science, pre-law and women's studies are encouraged to apply; however, all majors will be considered. NWLC will work with students and their universities to provide college credit for the internship.
